Photos Make A Big Difference

Today, homebuyers surfing the Internet looking at homes want to see photos of the interior, exterior, and neighborhood. When a homebuyer goes to Realtor Dot Com, the highest used real estate web site in the nation, they want to see photos to help them find a home. Realtor Dot Com has even put a radio button on their search page; that give you two choices "Sort results by 1. Photos or 2 Featured Tours". They do this because that's what the buyers want. So why do so many homes for sale on the market only have one and sometimes not even one photo of the home on the Internet? Answer, the every day home seller doesn't know this fact and therefore don't require it of their sales agent. Don't let this happen to you. We put 35 still photos of every home we sell on the Internet. Why? Because we want to sell the home, not just list it.
