Sellers "Are You Getting Any Lately?"

Are you getting any lately? Buyer feedback that is; when an agent has shown your home do you get any feedback on what the potential buyers felt about your home? If you're not, then ask yourself why not. Getting feedback from the buyer and their agent is as easy as falling off a log. It's just something that has to be done at the right time. When the buyer's agent calls to set up the appointment, he/she should be put on an automatic feedback program that will request feedback from then even before they go to show the house. There are many feedback programs your real estate agent can sign up for and you should make sure they do. We have such a program available to all our sellers and we make sure we get the feedback from the showing agents. We send the feedback request form out immediately after the agent calls to set up the showing. The feedback is send directly to the seller once the buyer's agent fills out the forms and hits the submit button. So, if you're not getting any lately, it's time to complain to you agent to make sure you do.
